Kyle & Kelsie’s Wedding Video in Crown Pointe, IN

Kelsie & Kyle married on February 6th, 2021, in the dead of winter; icy roads, dreary days, and the blistering cold. Even Kelsie's dad said, "We were like - it's going to be really cold, and the weather is going to be bad."

The threat of coronavirus and local laws also kept their guest's groupings to a max of 25. So why not move the date back?

Kelsie's dad said, "What made me feel this is really going to work out for Kelsie is his(Kyle's) grandparents were married on the same day. And they were adamant about having a February 6th wedding." Grounded in faith, they wanted to put family tradition first.

You could see faith and love for family in many moments, like after the rehearsal when Kyle shared a notebook with all his prayers for Kelsie or in the variety of faces an uncle can make to bring a smile to their nephew. Or the kind embrace of a father and words tenderly spoken. They even had the courtesy of masking up to help everyone feel safe. For goodness sake, Kyle kept his mask on while Kelsie walked down the aisle. Kelsie put hers on once she reached the front. These moments were everywhere.

It's no accident. Kyle's inquiry said,

"We are both are blessed to have truly amazing families, and we are most excited about getting our closest loved ones together to celebrate our love through worshipping God and then having some real fun at the reception."

I don't think you could describe their day any better.

What resulted was a heartwarming day like the nostalgic days of old. Present. Gracious. Loving. Then, as Kyle predicted, they had a ton of fun at their County Line Orchard reception later in the year.

I have no doubt, Kyle's grandparents watched with pride in a way that only grandparents can. Below stands a couple who knows where they have come from and brings forth courage and light to where they are going.

To witness their family and document their day, I am grateful.

P.S- Before the grand entrance at the later reception everyone watched the February video. It was a surreal moment! Watch Kyle and Kelsie’s reaction highlights below.

Wedding Review

Aaron has a gift. He finds a way to capture the heart of the day. Not just the ceremony or the reception. He captures the heart of the location, the people, the buildup, the stuff you don’t see. Everything. He just has a gift for this. And you can’t put a price on the product he leaves you with.
