Chris and Kendra’s Wedding Video in Jasper, IN

Standing in front of the reception crowd, Kaitlin, Kendra's sister, repeated the well know words of her father Roger Seger, "Keep making memories every day." That seemed to be the motto for the Seger's. In other words, take note of the little moments and do it with great love and laughter.

These kinds of moments filled the day.

You could see it in the laughter that erupted when "Boucha," Kendra's secret toe personality, received some unwanted attention. Or the sense of wonder in the flower girls' eyes as they emptied pack upon pack of polaroid film. Or the honor Kendra's junior bridesmaid took in being part of the "crew."

Moments like the best man peeking at his best friend as Kendra walked down the aisle or how sentimental Chris' mom got when reading Chris' letter.

The eye's also told a story of love. Mickey, Kendra's mom, watched Kendra read her letter. Her eyes expressed gratitude for so many memories.

I'm grateful to have served the Shuck and Seger families by documenting these kinds of memories. I hope their film will be a constant reminder of the love around them and the legacy they are a part of.

The ceremony took place at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Jasper, IN. The reception followed at French Lick Hotel & Resort in French Lick, IN.

Wedding Review

I was blown away by the effort that was put into getting to know us as a couple and what we wanted in a wedding film. Our wedding video was literal perfection and I wouldn’t change anything!! I highly recommend Journey Home Films. Aaron was loyal, kind, responsive, and professional.

Journey Home Films is a southern Indiana wedding videographer focused on truth telling wedding videography and led by Aaron Pea. I believe wedding videos are about saying this moment, these people, this day It matters. It’s an act of love.  It’s a way to capture our love for others.  It’s a way to see the love in our life reflected back to us.  Films that remind us where we came from, what we’ve been through and what we’re capable of.

If our couples films resonate with you, I invite you to reach out. I would love to discuss more about your wedding day and how my passion for creating films can blend with and amplify your passion for each other.
